We offer local Rothenburg Franconian dishes and recipes from neigboring Swabia as well as fine light dishes suited to any appetite. In the afternoon, relax in the beautiful Rose Garden with a delicacy from the baker´s oven or sit at one the sunny tables in front of the hotel and watch the people go by.
